Fatum SG curry and beer is like bread and butter, no ? ... and curry cos it's the easiest to make .... I buy those blocks of japanese curry paste, dice up beef, carrots, potatoes and tomatoes, throw them into a pot, add water and heat, voila ! ... by the time I take a shower, it's ready ! ...

Fatum SG well, I use beef cos beef will absorb the curry better ... boiling those kind of paste with chicken chunks, the meat will still be plain white .... sides, I'm sick of chicken ...
honeymouse SG I understand what you're trying to say. I think when you cook curry, you can't just use the chicken fillet, it needs to use chicken pieces with bones to give the extra flavour to the curry. Don't get me wrong. Nothing wrong with beef curry at all..... I just prefer chicken to beef. Obviously you like beef more than chicken. I am the opposite. I love chicken!!
